چکیده

The growing of Solanum lycopersicum L. "tomato" is affected by salinity, reducing its water consumption, and affecting negatively plant growth development. Therefore, it necessary to seek sustainable cultivation fertilization options, such as the use growth-promoting rhizobacteria. This research aimed determine potential rhizospheric Actinobacteria isolated from Opuntia sp. "prickly pear" tomato promoting under salinity. genera were identified, synthesis 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid deaminase (ACC) was characterized effect on germination cultivar Río Grande seeds evaluated. Two tests non-saline saline soils carried out compare Streptomyces spp. Nocardia in development greenhouse. Several 87.03% samples, highlighting (46.67%) (34.0%). 9.33% presented ACC activity, which increased seed germination, yield seedlings with increases 88.98% (height); 96.30% (number sheets); 201.35% (aerial biomass); 173.77% (root length); 100.0% weight); 150.0% fruits) 173.14% (weight fruits), well 1.37 mg/g chlorophyll content soil. Also, strain 21 decreased sodium potassium K+/Na+ rate leaves roots plants highest (1.068 kg/plant) In conclusion, positive promoters yield, increasing content, decreasing salinity stress demonstrated.

Physiological and Proteomic Analysis in Chloroplasts of Solanum lycopersicum L. under Silicon Efficiency and Salinity Stress

Tomato plants often grow in saline environments in Mediterranean countries where salt accumulation in the soil is a major abiotic stress that limits its productivity. However, silicon (Si) supplementation has been reported to improve tolerance against several forms of abiotic stress. The primary aim of our study was to investigate, using comparative physiological and proteomic approaches, salin...

Comparative proteomic analysis of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) leaves under salinity stress

Salinity is a major constraint to crop productivity. The mechanisms responsible for the effects of salt stress on tomato plants were examined by means of proteomic analysis. Two contrasting tomato genotypes (cv. Roma and cv. SuperMarmande) seedlings were cultivated using a hydroponic system in the controlled environment growth chamber. The salt stress (NaCl) was applied (0, 100 and 200 mM) and ...

Effect of seed priming with selenium nanoparticles and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on improving Quinoa seedling growth under salinity stress

Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...
